29th May - Quedgeley

Today I travelled to Quedgeley for see Ceinwen and her bridesmaids.

She'd officially got married on Friday morning but the wedding celebrations and service was today. The theme was red. Ceinwen's dress had red detailing which matched in with the bridesmaids.

28th May - Churchdown

Only a 5 minute drive for me today to visit Nina, her bridesmaids and Mum.

Nina's dress had small black detailing so she'd decided on a black and white theme to the day. Her bridesmaids wore lovely black dresses and her little daughter had a black bow on her cream dress so matched Nina beautifully. Even the limo turned out to be black and white!

22nd May - Beechwood House Hotel

Wow, Beechfield House Hotel is a beautiful small hotel with the most fabulous trees in the grounds.

Chris and I travelled up together this morning, the hotel had arranged for us to use their beauty room for the morning as we weren't meant to be in the hotel before 11am due to another wedding the previous day. You get exclusive use for 24hrs at Beechwood! Emma was a chilled out chick and throughly enjoyed the morning of pampering for her, 4 bridesmaids, Mum in law and Nan.

Today's colour colour scheme was purple, with the little bridesmaids in cream with purple sashes and her sister in a lovely purple dress. They had flowers in their hair and wrist corsages instead of bouquets which looked fabulous.

15th May - Tetbury

Tetbury this morning for a early start to do Angela, her mum and 2 bridesmaids.

Chris had already arrived and was busily working on getting everyone's hair look great. Angela was getting ready at her aunties house in Tetbury then getting married at Kingscote Barn to Elvis! It was a busy house with lots of coming and going of the family who had travelled up from London and from aboard to attend their wedding.

8th May - Hatton Court Hotel

Today I was visiting Jemma and her bridesmaids at Hatton Court Hotel.

Her sister Carly was one of my brides last year, so it was really nice to see her again. I was waiting in Jemma's room when they arrived back from Blushes, with hair all in place. I set on creating the perfect makeup look, we chose warm browns eye shadows for the bridesmaids as they were wearing a deep red. Jemma decided to add on some false lashes which looked fab! Then I was just going when we realised the photographer had missed the bus!! Jemma had arranged that all the guests travelled to the church together. So he jumped into my car and we headed over to the church so he could get some shots of the groom and best man before Jemma arrived!

2nd May - Pittville Pump Rooms

After a night of heavy down pours it was lovely to see sun between the clouds this afternoon.

Francis got ready at home and it was a busy affair as she's 1 of 4 !! Her 2 sisters were bridesmaids and wore beautiful navy dresses, we chose toasted almond eyeshadow which is a lovely golden brown then added mocha into the crease to define the eyes. Francis also chose a very natural look and she looked simply stunning!

1st May - The Great Tythe Barn

Back to The Great Tythe Barn to meet Sarah and her 2 bridesmaids.

Arriving the same time as last week and Chris Fordham doing hair again, it was a bit of a deja vu moment! Today, the bridesmaids were in mint green, so I kept the look soft to blend in with the dresses. The cottage was a hive of activity with numerous children coming in and out. Plus Sarah's son asking for something else to eat every 10 minutes, bless him, 8 year old boys don't do wedding mornings!!

Then I had a very scenic drive through Westonbirt, onto Bristol to meet Victoria and her Mum for their wedding trials.
