They stock over 200 labels from across Europe & the world, which gives Flax an unique and eclectic mix of designer clothes, not only from well known houses, but also those met on their travels through out the world who are producing clothes, bags, belts, jewellery or shoes that they believe could fill a niche in their shops. Therefore most of what you see in their shops is unique to them.

Situation in a beautiful corner of Suffolk Parade, this is a beautiful comtemporary shop with dresses displayed carefully to allow you to view them easily. The shop has a lovely calm feeling and is simply elegant!

Sandra Dee
In the heart of Cheltenham’s fashionable Montpellier district you’ll find Sandra Dee’s shop with exquisite lingerie, sumptuous nightwear and elegant swimwear. I was introduced to this shop by my very good friend Joti, who has underwear to match all her clothes and over the years must have spent a small forture at this wonderful shop.
Sandra has been in business for 30 years and prides herself on personal customer service. She and her experienced staff offer a specialist measuring and fitting service for customers, including maternity clients. The shop sells top brands including Aubade, Marie Jo, Lise Charmel, Cosabella and Luna di Seta, as well as swimwear by Roidal, Miracle Suit and Gottex.
So if you want some special nightwear for your wedding night or a fabulous bikini for your honeymoon pop along to Sandra Dee!

Beautiful silk wedding dresses are designed and made by Tracey Salt and her highly skilled team at Chanticleer, Regent St, Cheltenham. I've always loved walking past this shop as they have amazing fairytale dresses in the window. Once inside the shop the fairytale really begins when you see the wonderfully display of dresses.
Their new collection is launched each year in the Autumn and features all the latest fashion trends. 2010 styles take their lead from the ballet with soft floaty skirts and corseted bodices to emphasis and enhance beautiful figures. The extensive use of tulle and embroidered tulle creates a very feminine romantic look.

I was out yesterday delivering mine and Chris Fordham's business cards to various shops in Cheltenham. On my travels, I visited some beautiful shops so I'll be blogging about each one over the next week.
Milly B, this shop is so me!! Situated in Great Norwood Street, Cheltenham it's the perfect place to find beautiful unusual gifts. I've got a couple of birthday coming up and there was so much my friends would like, it will be hard to choose. With a theme of hearts running through the shop including a heart shaped black board, wooden heart chopping board and my favorite was a simple silver heart necklace, which would make the perfect bridesmaid gift. New stock is coming in shortly still with hearts in mind, they've ordered in (shown in image) some necklaces made from recycled biscuit and sweetie tins.

A huge 'Thank You' to all my customers in 2009
It's been an amazing year, I've had the pleasure of attending 59 weddings
this year (2 of these as a guest!) given numerous makeup lessons and had
some great fun on a couple of photo shoots!!
A big thank you to all my brides this year, I've really loved being part of your special day.
Thanks to Chris Fordham for all his help with year with brides and my photo shoots, I'm really looking forward to working with him more in 2010.
What's new for 2010? I'm expanding my mineral makeup range and will be carrying Pure Anada Cosmetics as well as Jane Iredale. My on-line shop will be up and running in January, more details to follow on that shortly.
Happy New Year to you all and I'm looking forward to meeting all my 2010 brides.
