30th April - Feathers Hotel, Ledbury
The most relaxed bride in the world!
Charlotte is in the Army and is currently posted in Germany, so all her planning has been from afar, I didn't actually meet her until today! Chris Fordham was doing her hair, as usual he created the stunning up do's and I did the makeup for Charlotte, natural tones, and her 2 sisters who had smokey eyes to blend in with their beautiful navy dresses. All perfectly timed so they could enjoy a drink in the bar before setting off to the church!

24th April - The Great Tythe Barn
This was the first time I'd actually been to the barn so I was looking forward to seeing the venue.
Chris Fordham had already arrived, so he was waving at me from the window of Kiln Cottage where Sarah was staying. This is another impressive venue! I was there to do makeup for Sarah, her bridesmaid and Mum. Sarah addicted to Urban Decay eye shadows, so to make sure she had enough sparkle to her eyes, I used her Midnight Cowboy eye shadow as the base for her eye makeup. The theme today was pinks and purples, Sarah had decided on tulips in simple vases as table decorations which looked beautiful in the barn.
I then has a mad rush home, to see Lisa whose getting married at Cowley
Manor then Lindsay whose getting married at The Queens Hotel. Then I finished my day with Pizza!

17th April - Kingsholm
Another beautiful day to get married!
Only a 5 minute drive from home this morning to visit Kim and her Mum. It was a fun houseful as Kim had 5 bridesmaids and 2 flowergirls plus Mum, Dad and her brother
was also at the house. Kim was getting married at St Peter's in the centre of Gloucester, then to The Chase Hotel for her reception.

16th April - Kingscote Barn, Tetbury
Last day of the school holidays! With a nice lazy start to the day, I headed over to Kingscote at lunchtime to see Sarah and her Mum.
I must comment on how brillant Sarah's brother in law was at entertaining
his little girl, from picnics in the corner of the room with pink champagne
aka squash to playing bump down the stairs - amazing Dad skills! Chris
was working with me today and as usual did a marvellous job. I'm also
looking forward to seeing her photo's as they'd booked Sarah Cameron who
really knows how to capture the moment!

14th April - Photo Shoot for Pure Anada Mineral Cosmetics

9th April - Clearwell Castle
Spring has arrived in style!
Today I visited Elaine, her mum and bridesmaid at the fabulous venue of Clearwell Castle.
Elaine hadn't slept much due to a combination of nerves and early morning bird song! But it didn't seem to matter as she was full of life and couldn't wait to get married. All 3 had chosen to wear false lashes for the day and they all looked fabulous! Elaine and her bridesmaid wore Eylure Glamourous (116) and mum was in a lighter set of volume lashes(020). I totally recommend Eylure for false lashes and they seem to be getting more popular.
Elaine had booked Robin from Bullit Photography who must have snapped 100's of shots before I even left so I can't wait to get some for my gallery.
