11th May 2013 - Burford

Today I was over in the pretty town of Burford right at the top of the Burford House Hotel to see Kate, her Mum and 2 bridesmaids.

Sheena was styling all the hair today and was in full swing when I arrived. So I tucked myself in the corner where light flooded in from 2 windows and set to work on Kate's bridesmaids. They were wearing a bright blue and both had very different makeup tastes. Very natural for one and vintage 40's for the other!

For Kate's makeup, I kept it ultra natural using just a touch of Jane Iredale Dream Tint with Laura Mercier finishing powder to set. For her eyes I used soft taupes and brown tones. Lined her top lid in brown with a very fine line and then black mascara. Lips I used her favourite nudey peach gloss from Clinique.

4th May 2013 - Bristol then onto Kingscote Barn

An early start for me as I need to be in Bristol for 8am! (but not as bad as Chris's 6am!) Luckily for us, there was tons of sweets left over from the favours so we remained on a sugar high!

Today it was Victoria's wedding, she was getting ready at home and getting married in the local church before heading to Kingscote Barn for the reception. I was styling her 4 bridesmaids and Mum today, all of them choose a natural look to complement their beautiful dresses and bouquets.

For Victoria's makeup, I used her own Estee Lauder Double Wear Light foundation and finished with Laura Mercier powder. For her eyes I used a peaches and brown tones, lined her eyes used a deep brown shade then lots of black mascara and some a couple of individual false lashes. Finished her lip with a a mixture of 2 Bobbi Brown lipstick in pale and a deeper pink!

3rd May 2013 - Clearwell Castle

What a pretty image of Jenny who got married at Clearwell Castle.

Today I was making up Jenny and 2 of her bridesmaids. I was a little worried that at 11.35 no-one had appeared at the bridal suite but within a couple of minutes her bridesmaids appeared and said Jenny was on route! So no contingency time today.....so I swapped Jenny to have her makeup done 2nd to ensure she was ready on time.

For Jenny's makeup, I created a pretty look that she felt was so her! Using Jane Iredale Dream Tint with Purepressed in Warm Sienna to create a fabulous base. For her eyes I used a pinks, taupes and touch of chocolate brown. Dark brown liner then lots of black mascara and some all important individual false lashes. Cheeks in soft pink of Benefit Dandelion and finished her lip with a pinky gloss.
